Crescent Community Care

I can not believe that this company has bad reviews. I have used the same service for nearly 8 years.These people know their job!These people are helpful!These people work hard to ensure their clients are happy!These people CARE !!!I have had other care providers before and have had some really bad experiences, but never with Crescent. If you need care and you can use this company I suggest you do for good quality staff and people who organise care that actually do care !!!

Worst care company to work for

The worse care company in the area. Had several no shows on regular days. Carers never on time. Have set time for them to be here and will show up 2-3 hours late have no respect for people

I have never experienced care before and was very nervous about having carers in my house. They were wonderful. If I telephoned the office they were helpful and changed things exactly how I needed them.This Company organise their staff well and keep in touch if there is ever a problem. What more could I need.

I love my job very much. During this pandemic we have been provided by Marcus and Cherry (the directors of the company) all of the equipment and PPE that we would require. They have been really supportive to all of their carers and clients throughout this really tough time. They’ve been constantly offering great advice and sending through training documents in order to help me understand how to deal with Covid and how to assist my clients in the best possible way.

I have never come across such helpful carers and people in the office are so helpful. I have had other care agencies in the past and had to change. Thank goodness for Crescent. Lovely people

I would just like to say that Crescent Community Care made our Christmas 2019! My wife and I were desperate to find extra help for my Mother as we could not visit before 12:30 Christmas Day. There was no one to help her with the cooking preparation. When I contacted Crescent, Jamie responded so helpfully and after speaking with the director was willing to try and find extra help. I was willing to pay directly for this, whatever it cost and yet that very kindly added it within my Mother’s Care Allowance.As much as some may criticise at times that staff don’t always turn up on time and on some occasions not at all (I’ve seen this in the reviews and with my Mother). The Care industry is a challenging environment. This happens with every Care Agency. Last minute changes can happen and mean replacements just can’t be found. This is not the fault of the management and team. I have been greatly impressed with the efforts to deliver Care to my Mother.This desperate need was met with every effort to find someone to help... they did!I want to wish all the team at Crescent a very Merry Christmas and a Happy 2020 New Year! These carers have been amazing to my mum,they go over and above,one young lady came back to my mum on Sunday, as mum was distressed,and sat with her giving up her own time,so mums partner could have an hours break,they are all wonderful

Not good---- my daughter is my mothers carer------she has gone on holiday for two weeks and has booked CRESCENT COMMUNITY CARE to look after my mother while she is away.Second morning no one has turned up.Contacted the company and all they could say is that they were booked for only one day.REALLY
