Left a bike in to get rear wheel with slight wobble in it tightened before a 2 week holiday abroad. Bad move. On their recommendation i got the rear chain set and chain replaced £75. Picked the bike up put it in the van went to abroad and now cant cycle it all as the chain wraps around the front cog and peddles jam. They didnt try/test the bike out properly before contacting me to pick it up. And blamed the front cog being worn for the fault, they threw away my old chain and now will have to pay more money out to someone else to get it working again. Will not be back.

Replaced bottom bracket on my Specialized Enduro at short notice as I had a weekend ride out planned. Fast, friendly and more than fair with pricing. Won't hesitate to use these guys again

Great service got a first class Trek bike in 6 weeks, retailers in Belfast had told me they would have no bikes for 6 months. Extensive stock in the shop and knowledgeable staff.

I have been purchasing items from Mourne Cycles & getting servicing carried out on my bikes for several years and I am very pleased with everything. Couldnt get a bike anywhere in Belfast suitable for my son. One retailer took our money then told us 4 days later they didnt have the bike. So my son 16, made contact with Mourne Cylcles and the next day we drove down and we got the bike he had been looking for.My son remarked to me that he has now learned the value in supporting and using local businesses compared to the bigger retailers. Great no nonsense service. Would use again and would recommend.

When I turned up at Tollymore on Saturday morning, I realized there was something wrong with the front brake. After getting directions to Mourne cycles, I turned up unannounced and asked for their help. Even though they were busy, my bike was put straight on a stand and both brakes serviced including cleaning the discs for £30. First class job Aiden, thanks for saving the day!

Highly recommended. I had a new bike badly assembled by an online outfit - so badly so that the rear wheel had been damaged to the point of being unusable. The guys at Mourne cycles diagnosed the problem, wrote a report for the company that had done the work poorly (so that I would be reimbursed), supplied and fitted a replacement - and got it back to me the next day. The sun is shining, and I'm about to go for a ride - all thanks to Mourne cycles.
