Hannon Coach

I recently travelled to Glasgow with Hannon Coach and was so impressed by their service. Such an easy and stress-free way to travel between Belfast and Glasgow. Their drivers were friendly and helpful, highly recommend!!

Woww first time using Hannons and it won't be the last... I mentioned to the office guy... Sorry don't remember your name... That we were both ambulant disabled... Well... We were treated like royalty... Considering we booked in February and went in May we didn't expect them to remember that we needed to sit near the front... From beginning to end Anthony our driver explained the rules of what we had to do on ferry clearly and efficiently... He was helpful and courteous to all on the coach Alison and myself can't thank him enough for the help he gave us... Also the return journey we could have cheered to see it was Anthony once again thank you thank you than you... He was a star and a credit to the company....

I am on the bus right now heading to Glasgow the driver is the most ignorant person I have ever met. I travel a lot on your bus between Belfast and Glasgow but this is the worst experience ever. There is a lady in the front seat who is disabled and on the large side . The bus was parked so close to the port side of the ship it was impossible for her to get by. When we were getting back on the bus to leave the ship the door closed and he did nothing to help her. Then as we were about to leave he slammed the outside door we’re the toilet is so hard it broke the handle off. I will never use your service ever again and I’m putting all of this on Facebook and instagram he should be ashamed of himself.and by the way her garment got caught in the door as it was closing and he did nothing to help her shame on him , I felt embarrassed as did the rest of the coach . A bit of customer service training needed for this member of staff at the very least

Travelled to Glasgow recently from Belfast on a lovely coach from Hannons, Volvo Sunsundegui reg BV17COH is what I think it was. Fabulous coach smooth and fast. Pleasant friendly driver and wonderful experience on both road and sea. Will use again and would certainly recommend.

Fantastic service!Used Hannon coach to Glasgow for first time last week and will definitely use again. So convenient and drivers were very helpful and friendly. Very relaxing way to travel and enjoy the scenery. Comfortable enough to have 40 winks and spacious enough to do some work on laptop if required. See you again soon.

First time booking with Hannon Coach from Glasgow-Lurgan. Coach was immaculately clean and the driver was excellent. Liked being able to go onboard the ferry on the bus rather than being dropped off at the ferry, going on as a foot passenger then boarding another bus outside the terminal again. Driver kept to the times given. Wil definitely book again with Hannon

I took Hannon Coach from Belfast Europa bus station to Glasgow Buchanan in May 2023. It was a fantastic experience. The bus driver was great, the bus was nice, and taking this bus took all of the confusion out of how to get to Glasgow by ferry. I highly recommend this service.
