Waste of time, took loads of information and then never bothered following up. Called to chase up price, then blamed Covid for it taking over a week to tell me the same thing as the first call. Matt was great on the first call but then didn’t seem that arsed on the second call. Slated competitor product quality and then told me they don’t do install despite offering to link me to installers and price the whole job on the first call. Bizarre experience.

A really excellent company. A small component had fallen out of my Locinox garden gate lock meaning that it did not latch. I thought I would have to replace the whole lock at great cost but then I found that TFS could supply the necessary spare parts and Matt carefully helped me to identify exactly which ones were needed. They sent them out in super-quick time and the gate lock is now fixed . All the TFS staff to whom I spoke could not have been more helpful and friendly

FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE...!!! Placed original order was delivered the next day as arranged, unfortunately my item had a very slight paint damage to item I could have ignored but item wasn't for me. I phoned company and explained concern to a gentleman called Matt who was calm and helpful to listen to my concern, TFS Direct sent out another item same day without any quibble just brilliant customer service of old values really pleased. In addition I received courtesy email updating me on order sent out by gentleman named Greg...DO NOT HESITATE TO PURCHASE FROM TFS Direct 1st class company AND Thank you again......
