Used Sam from Proud and professional, and the service was not at all professional or to any standard of quality. He gets in different contractors to do the work and poorly projects manages them. The first team who turned up didnt know what they were supposed to do. Sam was extremely rude and was very offensive, lots of swearing, to my mom when she questioned him

Garden was done to a good standard , however im now left with tons of soil on my drive 4 weeks later. Been told issue with tips due to covid . But now my texts are being ignored, other people in my area have had gardening waste removed. Initially after getting in touch and not being called back when he said , the email that never was sent to me , takjng a day off work to be let down my gut instinct said avoid. As a nurse i havent the time to keep chasing them . Avoid at all costs.

Very impressed with the work carried out. Sam was very polite and easy to deal with when arranging the work and quoting. The work was completed to a high standard. I will certainly be using them again for any work needed in the future.
