DPD Local

Terrible... Over the course of one week i have hard 2 different parcels not delivered. I had Sunday delivery for one of the parcels and the tracking ID took me to DPDlocal, as i received an email notification on the Sunday “Could not find Address” despite the company going to the site of 45 houses at least 4 times a week. so Called customer service on Monday for them to tell me we don’t deliver on Sunday’s as we are not open.Second parcel was meant to be delivered next day, two days later they try to deliver to my address , ignor the sign on the security gate to call concierge and enter site find no one home and leave.Customer service noit interested in helping at all , just say we will try to call the driver... they never even tried to call him as four hours later they are still trying to get hold of him. Now simple answer from them is it Will be delivered tomorrow.Not helpful.... Delivery companies a will to themselves there has to be governance around thsi somewhere..

Worst costumer service ever. Waited for collection no one turned up. Website said they came to house a d were told nothing to collect. Was at house all day.Costumer service even worst. Could not answer questions and constantly saying I apologise for inconvenience caused. I cancelled order. Never received such bad costumer support

Incredibly pleasant and helpful 'Front of house' operative. Bit of a pain you can't book in house and instead have to book online. That aside, great value for money. Really quick delivery. Very very professional service overall.

Always great service, access is a little hard sometimes but it's not often I need to go. Parking can be an issue in and around the area.

Your account has been put on my radar as one with low parcel volumes. Our depot is servicing it at virtually no profit. I needed to find out if there was any opportunity for additional parcel volumes, and therefore keep your rates at the level they are at currently.As you run a business yourself, I'm sure you can appreciate that operating at a loss is not something that can be sustained for any length of time.From my conversation with ( . . . . )it is clear that we can't compete on price with (. . . . ) , and so reluctantly have made the decision to return the rates on your account to our standard tariff. This I informed David of during the course of our conversation. I now attach formal notification of this course of action.The new standard rates will take effect from 3rd December and details will be sent to you then. You may wish to consider using a service such as Parcels 2 Go, and to whom we are affiliated. The rates are competitive, with no obligation on set parcel volumes.( also very rude voice left on phone from m......e)2018

The driver for our area, Stuart is great, he's always very professional and friendly, which is not always my experience with all delivery companies. Definitely give a 5 out of 5 based on Stuart's service, he's always going above and beyond.
