Tile Giant

Special thanks to Tile Giant. I had to go a couple of time to get some samples, but with a little help from the lady who manage the store I made the right choice of tiles. The other two gentlemen were very friendly and helpful as well. The tiles arrived quicker than usual than the standard 5-7 days, so this is another great point. Overall great service and expertise. Put a click and collect order in on a Tuesday evening for cement board. Phone call by 10am Wednesday saying ready for pick-up and to phone 30 minutes before. Phoned, very helpful lady told me exactly where to park to load. Arrived, parked, checked-in, expecting to load vehicle myself, but two shop workers did it straight away. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Incredible service by Tracey, very knowledgeable and great customer service. Tiles were a great price the store was well laid out, clean and tidy and was easy to find what we were looking for. Online and over the phone purchasing made it even easier to navigate Maidstone traffic.

Absolutely amazing service. Friendly women helped us find exactly what we needed and even helped us load up the car and recommended the safest way to load them in the prevent breakages. Other tile store had limited stock for another month, but tile giant had everything there to take away on the day. Would recommend the Maidstone branch and would deffo go back. Tiles great quality.

Visited on a couple of occasions whilst deciding on bathroom tile colours and designs. Wonderful team of friendly and very helpful staff. Plenty of time to browse without any pressure but knowledgable advice given should you require it. Order arrived exactly as arranged. First class service from Tracey and Mick.

Tracey and the team in the Maidstone branch are very knowledgeable and efficient, and their communication is spot on. When discussing the theme for my latest project, Tracey was also more than happy to take me round the store directly to multiple options that matched my brief.

I ordered tiles online as was told the tiles I needed were mont blanc but after visiting the store in Maidstone and speaking to Tracey who was an absolute star I actually needed a different tile. Tracey helped me massively and was a lovely lady!! She even sorted out my online refund after I bought some tiles in store. I couldn't offer higher praise for the Tile Giant Store in Maidstone Kent. The team here are super attentive, very welcoming, and went the extra mile to dig me out of a hole!My wife and I ordered two sets of tiles for our ensuite and main bathroom, I inadvertently calculated the incorrect amount of tiles needed for both bathrooms, as such my tiler who was on limited time with us, told me we were going to run out of tiles, I phoned the Maidstone branch and spoke with the Store manager Tracey Reilly-Mannix, Tracey couldn’t do enough to help, as the tiles we needed were not held at Store, Tracey emailed the central warehouse and gave them the batch numbers, the warehouse responded and placed the extra tiles needed on an express service to be delivered to store for me to collect a few days later, this allowing our tiler to finish the job on time and save coming back. At each stage Tracey kept me informed and regularly updated.Well done Tracey and Team, fabulous service.Regards – Paul

We went to the Maidstone branch just to have a look & get a quote on some tiles for our bathroom. We was served by a lovely lady called Tracey, she was very helpful & knowledgeable. Tracey worked out all what we needed to tile our bathroom & gave us some good advice about tiling our floor. We didn't feel like we was being ripped off" as in making us buy more than we needed for our bathroom & was told that we could take any overs back for a refund (full boxes).Tracey called us about a week later to let us know that over the Bank Holiday weekend there was a 15% of off the tiles that we had been looking at. We went back over the Bank Holiday to order our tiles
