Avoid this company.I ordered and paid for 3 new attic roof windows. I receive an used second hand frame with new moving window part, which has been fitted, as I couldn't imagine, I could receive a second hand windows.After emails exchange I have been ignored, by Sarah W. saying I should (my bu8lders) fit it in first instance. Well, the same company shouldn't send me a wrong item, faulty product, and used product in first place!
