Andrew was super helpful when I broke my laptop - he explained to me all my options and was very transparent about the costs associated with every one, he was patient while I made my decision (and asked lots of questions), and then he fixed my laptop SUPER quickly and did a stellar job.

Quick Fixing - Great Communication - Good PricingRecently had a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (blue screen) on my Razer. I ran everything I could, even running command codes, but no luck. Andrew's shop has recently moved to Folkestone and is close to where I live so it made sense to give it a go.He offered me a look over free of charge to let me know what the issue was. That afternoon I had consistent communication with Andrew via text, with what he was trying to do. Once he found the issue, he provided a price, I agreed, he ordered the parts and it was fixed the next day.Someone who speaks tech, speaks to you like a human being, makes it simple and get's it done.Welcome back to Folkestone Andrew and thanks for your help.

well what can i say. never been here before, and yet got great service and the prices are really good, the guys there deserve a lot of praise , they went out there way to help and now i have a cool laptop again so thank you so much, very grateful and il tell others about this shop.

I cannot emphasise how good it is to have a good IT shop back in Folkestone.The staff are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to go above and beyond helping me, answering all my silly questions all with a smile and reassuring attitude.They talked me through all of my options and worked with me on the requirements I had and within my budget for a new PC, offering very helpful opinions on different options.10/10 will be using again.
