First class work, went above and beyond in building our extension and making our bungalow a beautiful home, the added bonus was that Chris, Paul and work force are friendly and nothing is too much trouble, the customer definitely does come first. We were so pleased that we ended up having lots of other jobs done because we felt so comfortable with them. Would highly recommend!

We had these builders. They started in August 2021 and we are still waiting for them, in June 2023, to complete the work satisfactorily. One of their contractors severely damaged our drive. The patio they built has loose slabs, one has actually fallen off the edge. Most of the grouting has come loose too as has coping stones. They’ve made numerous appointments to fix. They have either cancelled with a wide range of excuses - death of a family member, hospital admissions, depression, etc or just not shown up. They have accepted responsibility for the outstanding work. They messed us around with the build of the garden room too. Long gaps of no workmen as they were doing so called jobs at RAF Fairford etc. We’ve also had to pay another builder to remedy the plaster around the lantern. We are both in our late 70s. We paid up our bills immediately. I also sent photo they asked for of our room for their portfolio. We have now to pay out more money to put their shoddy work right. They maybe charming but they lack professionalism and honesty.
