Wow, there is a reason John has such a high customer rating! Took my bike in for what I thought was a major repair. John started working on the the issue and asked me to wait to see if it can sorted quickly. John sorted the issue but. also gave me some valuable tips on maintenance, best practise and modifications. A genuinely ethical and skilled service!!

Wonderful service from Cycleserve.I text John on a Saturday and he took my bike in on a Saturday morning (that’s service for you!), I left it with him over the weekend to take a look at my hydraulic disc brakes and general adjustments of my new (second hand) bike. He gave me some great advice on upkeep of my bike. He did it for a very reasonable price and turned it around for pick up the following week. I couldn’t have asked for more.I shall be recommending to all my cycling friends and family. Many thanks.

My first time with anybody touching my bike, so I was a little nervy before going.I was after advice and solutions as I had hit some issues whilst trying to add some new components.I really didnt need to fret, John was down to earth yet polite, answered all questions, convinced me I wasnt going mad, basically made me glad I had gone to see him.If youre anything like me, the top bonus on top of it all - he has a thousand stories, which apart from being endearing and entertaining, also showed his experience.Will definitely be going to see John again! Top chap!

CYCLESERVE were thankfully able to help me today at short notice after I'd taken my new bike out for a test ride and met with a few issues whilst a fair few miles from home! I'd made a few errors in my initial set up of the bike and John diagnosed and corrected these efficiently and effectively. Great job.John is clearly knowledgeable and good at what he does - both in terms of the practical aspects, and with advice for future maintenance.P.S. I enjoyed my ride home*, Thanks John!*(All the better for it not taking the two-hours-plus it would have been for me to walk. Life-saver!)

John is extremely knowledgeable about bikes and very friendly as well. He managed to work out how to fix my gear shifters which would have been very expensive to replace and also serviced my bike too.
