Really good night out and they have a bar but only serves cans and bottled beer there but really cheap. Staff friendly and it's not wheelchair friendly but in all excellent entertainment .

Came her to watch the rugby. Great atmosphere. Game played through projector. Free curry,rice and chips half time. Food was delicious. Good quality. Chef friendly. Staff pleasant and welcoming. Definitely be back.

Went there for few drinks before and after the Beat and Selector concert in castle. great pub good atmosphere and friendly people. Fab veiw upstairs on the balcony of the castle.will definitely go back there.

Great pub with friendly party loving people, entertainment provided is very good, especially the karaoke..best in caerphilly, vocalists would appreciate the sound quality...first class

It was rugby International day and we turned up to watch the 2nd match. It was cold and empty. Apparently they put free food on for the 1st match earlier and lots of people came and ate the food and left. That was not very fair was it.We left at 8pm as a band was setting up, so in fairness to the pub, it was trying really hard. More people did turn up for the band and the atmosphere improved. The staff were helpful and kind.I think this pub deserves some leeway and I would recommend you try it out.

Local pub, welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Polite staff with good values and standards. Also a live music venue. Would recommend a visit.
