Terrible experience with Bennett Oakley. Extremely poor communication throughout the process, lost all our documents, and charged us over £700 more on completion than the original quote, with no warning. I would urge you to go with ANY other solicitor.

I found working with Jessica on my flats, the first was abandoned due-to height restrictions the second, same height restrictions, I had the disclaimer condition explained with warnings clearly pointed out. Going ahead with the flat, Jessica was readily available by phone or email making the whole process less of an ordeal.
