I had an excellent bike fitting with James at Condor Cycles - he thoroughly evaluated my fit issues and made adjustments that immediately improved my comfort and power on the bike. I highly recommend their professional and knowledgeable bike fitting services.I also got very good advice when looking for a helmet and cycling shoes and they were able to explain the different types available.

I’ve dealt with both Jaz and Tom here and both are incredibly knowledgeable regarding all things Brompton. I really trust having my bike serviced with Condor and wouldn’t go elsewhere. Sometimes you might be in for a wait due to their popularity but recently Jaz managed to fit me in at short notice.

In Condor they do not have a sales people, they have sales consultants serving you in a pleasant professional way. They literally know what to do and you can feel their passion about bicycles.Thank you Jaz learned a lot from you, and thank you for your patience while serving me.Condor cycling they do not sell products, they sell solutions.Besides in Condor prices are cheaper than online Brompton.I will be shopping only in the Condor store and their websites.Regards Majed

This shop is THE BEST. Staff are passionate about cycling but in the most unpretentious way possible. The person helping me spent loads of time making sure I got shoes that fit properly and gave me lots of helpful advice too. We'll be back for all our cycling needs!

Had to return a pair of pedals I'd bought at Condor as they were faulty.Greg was excellent. Sorted out the issue for me and I didn't pay a penny. Easily one of my favourite bike stores in London.

Great bike shop with excellent service. Julian was really helpful in choosing the right parts, and even advised against the (more expensive) tubeless tires saying it probably wasn't the best for me! The whole process from start to finish was really smooth. The only downside being that the wait was several months from when I ordered, but it was worth the wait. Also got good advice and help with picking new shoes.In the end I'm really happy with my new bike and it will hopefully last me for many miles and years to come.

fantastic and kind staff (especially adrian, i believe, sorry if i've got that wrong), who were very lovely to me after i happened to get into a bike related accident practically on their doorstep. thanks for letting me take refuge whilst being a crying weirdo, for helping me stuff my mangled bike into a cab once my brain started working again, and the advice on steps to take moving forward.
