I had my first visit to Westerleigh car centre this week and I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received. My car was in for a service and cam chain change along with various other faults. They advised that the cam chain didn't need doing which saved me a fortune (for now).They rang me at every decision needed and took the time to explain what they were doing. They gave me every confidence in their service to me.Would highly recommend and I will definitely be returning in the future for all my car needs. Thank you

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Dropped off my Skoda Superb estate to have the air con fixed after a recurring problem and to have the car checked for any other faults. I’m due to drive it to Poland with my two young infants and needed reassurance that all was ok with the car. Stuart the technician did a great job working on the car and sorting the air con properly (unlike previous other garage), but Blake as my main contact was excellent. His customer service is top class. He kept me informed at all times on what was happening and what they found. He managed my expectations brilliantly and an added bonus at the end was the price came in lower than I’d thought it would. If I lived locally these guys would be my choice every time! Thanks guys for a great job and for giving me the assurance I needed.

Very friendly and helpful. My car failed an MOT and Blake was patient and helpful, offering suggestions of how to solve it cost-effectively. Exactly what you want in a service. MOT was £50.N.B. book well in advance for an MOT as they appear to be fully booked.

Have been to this garage twice for a fault on my car. They check everything really thoroughly and got back to me really quickly. Very reasonable prices. They really know their stuff. Also had my MOT here, dropped my car in after work on Friday and completed by 9am on the Saturday. Everyone you speak to on front desk/over the phone is really polite and friendly. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I recently bought a car from Westerleigh Car Centre and I couldn't be happier. Great customer service.Booked in for clutch replacement on our automatic car.Identified other issues with the actuators and extra costs. Genuine cost saving options were presented by WCC.Works continued and no fault of Westerleigh Car Centre, the third party supplier had issues with the repairs. This was exacerbated over the Christmas period. The result was the repair was delayed, all whilst our car was stuck on the ramps.Collected car and discounts passed on from third party supplier due to their issues.It was very easy to deal with WCC and they provided timely updates and a first class repair.Thanks all to your patience and commitment to value based advice.Thank you to the WCC team ❤️

My husband took our Motorhome to Westerleigh car Center for an mot! When he returned back to our house I could not believe when I stepped inside there were dirty oily foot prints all over the cab carpet!! I was fuming as this vehicle is our pride & joy & we keep it in pristine condition.I rang Westerleigh car Center & yes they apologised but didn’t seem that bothered this had happened! At the very least they should of sent someone to our house to clean the carpet but no nothing & I’ve heard nothing from them since, I will not be returning.

Always so helpful, very knowledgeable, had my last 2 MOTs with them & recently had my car fixed after the check engine light came on. Happily recommend & I'll be returning.
