5 Star Hand Car Wash & Valeting Centre

Arrived bang on 9am and had a mini valet for £13. Happy with results on outside, looked immaculate. Few areas on the passenger side missed unfortunately, there was obvious mud marks from passengers trainers so I will need to sort that myself.Staff are really nice, really friendly. Will be visiting again.

I wouldn't normally leave a review for a car wash as they can miss bits to clean and it wouldn't be fair to make assumptions because of it.I had to leave a review this time as so much was missed and not done properly that when I got home the family thought it hadn't been done. I've used over 10 different car wash places around bolton and this is the worst. You'll also be hanging about a while as they jump from car to car and I was there for 1.5 hours. Hoovering and washing a car is not hard and we do expect a decent clean for our money.

This is how they wash my car, staff is so rude and unprofessional they don't know what they're doing, I rather keep my car dirty then wash it from them they leave so many marks and scratches every time. No more 5 star had car wash...

Took me 90minutes to wait and spent £20 my car still not clean .The guy said will clean my car boot but They not even open my boot, This is my first time and will be the last time here..Very dissapointed .

I have been most unfortunate to discover this car wash. The people working have no organisation skills and run around like headless chickens from car to car. They need to understand that each car must be washed thoroughly before moving onto the next one. To add to problems, once they do get around to your car, they forget to clean it properly and the car has marks everywhere. Avoid at all costs.

Interior was nicely done can't complai but my weels look horible for a 30£valet

Gone down. Spend £20. Not at all cleaned foot area or under driver seat. Went back told me to come around 6pm. My hubby went still not cleaned 100%. The who cleaned it originally was reluctant to clean again. But main guy told him to so did it but not at all good job.

Washed my bicycle. Friendly guys.
