Highly recommend!I went with a painful hip and back, after the first session my pain level was much more manageable and with pain relief medication I was able to get about without pain. I have since had two more treatments and I’m virtually pain free without medication. Hopefully, my last treatment will sort that too!

I've known Tim since 2016 when I had physiotherapy for a foot injury - not had a problem since. At the moment I'm receiving physiotherapy for my hip, which is going very well indeed. Tim is a pleasant and approachable guy, he really knows his stuff and is very much a hands on physiotherapist. I would definitely recommend him :)

Tim was recommended by a good friend as I was suffering with horrible neck and shoulder pain with frequent headaches.Booking was really easy. I did this online and managed to get in that day.Tim is really friendly and very professional. He did a thorough assessment and spoke to me about my symptoms.During the treatment he explained what he was doing and asked if I was comfortable throughout. He is a hands on physio, so there was a lot of clicking and cracking as he manipulated my body into the right position.The difference in my neck pain was unbelievable to be honest. I had a reduction in migraine and headaches in the following weeks too, which was a welcome result!I have just been back for my second treatment and again, Tim's care was fantastic. Acupuncture in affected muscles and a whole load of cracking and popping my body back in to shape.I wish I had started my private physio journey sooner. Thanks Tim

I went to Tim for physio having struggled with my walking for a number of years, it was his knowledge and expertise that prompted me to have an MRI scan and be diagnosed with MS allowing me to quickly be supported with necessary, life changing treatment. I strongly recommend Tim as a Physiotherapist. I am suffering from shoulder pain and neck pain since more than 12 months. I tried different Physiotherapists before but did not work. Since I am being treated by Tim I can tell the difference is being noticed. Acupuncture, stretching, cervical mobility and workstation advice are the keys in his sessions. He is a professional and you are in good hands.

I have visited Tim @ PhysioDirect a few times since 2021 for neck and lower back issues and had successful treatments. Also received friendly service, good advise and some helpful stretching exercises to help with overall health.
