Monday 27/11/23 I was browsing the app and mistakenly it said my order was confirmed despite me not ordering. I popped into the restaurant and the team working that night were excellent, extremely helpful from Sam & Jack who helped deal with the issue and Lorraine who served my food. Great to see Karen who myself and my family have had the pleasure of meeting before doing an excellent job keeping everywhere tidy. Fantastic team and very professional. Great experience.

Absolutely disgusted.Not only did we have to wait 10 minutes for our food. It came to us cold and my child had a blonde hair in his chips.Appalling to be honest and will not be spending money there again.

Would give 1 star if possible. Tried to order breakfast this morning, the 2 way order system failed and whilst we were being ignored 5 cars on the other side were served. It was 11.01 when we finally got served and they refused to serve breakfast even though the delay was their error. Really poor customer service shown by the manager. Will be making a formal complaint for all the good it will do judging by the approach of the management team.

Absolutely shocking mcdonalds. They give you half the portion of fries they should they forget to put ice in your drink everytime. There opening and closing times change to however they feel on the day you check online says there open you go and they ain't. They often forget food and the waiting times for so called fast food is shocking Terrible mcdonalds don't go don't waste your time all you will get is high priced food for small portions probably wrong from what you ordered and a ridiculously long waiting time.

Food is always cold, always something missing from your order never any straws for your drinks or condiments for your meals no quality control what's so ever the left hand doesn't know what the rights doing probs cause there's just 40 kids employed chatting to one another at the counters, in no way is this fast food either. Your talking 45 mins for a happy meal and 1 adults food.

Disgusting male toilets. No soap. One single stall. You have to push the door sideways to initial the broken lock. There is also a gap facing the toilet that allows you to see the urinal wall.

Young lad on drive through full of attitude after messing up our order. Perhaps you should consider what staff you have in your building. No manners. Someone else might not be as calm as me next time so maybe watch your jaw.
