I went into the Game shop above Sports Direct today and bought my grandson some V-bucks for his Fortnite game. I'd no idea how to redeem them and my grandson was getting very upset as he was having problems too. Popped back to the store and this amazing young man, with lots of patience, went out of his way to help solve the problem. It took quite a while, but he explained everything he did and eventually i had a very happy grandson!!I wish I'd asked his name.....but, thank you so so much.

Great selection of pre owned games and plenty of memorabilia too! Staff were friendly and helpful as they have been in each branch I've visited. A great store for adults AND kids!

No one buys physical disk anymore so this place will not last much longer than the Queen. Its inside a sports direct which is fairly useful

Good place if you want some games. Not a lot of games to choose from though. I was there for some gift cards, though they didn't have any. There are a lot of miscellaneous stuff if you like those like pop figures. Though I can't get my head around the fact that there's curry's right across the road that has stuff that this shop doesn't, I'm also sure curry's has videogames though I might be wrong. But either way, if you're looking for some games for any type of console, definitely go here.

Fantastic customer service from James. I went in looking for a particular bundle for a Christmas present but they had sold out. Instead of just saying this and sending me on my way to trawl online sites for an alternative, he searched the other game stores, found one with the bundle left, had it sent to the Canterbury store and called me when it arrived. Really went above and beyond; so highly recommend this store.

They are hanging in there while competing against online giants the best bit about the store is the additional merch. I love getting a tee shirt or other apparel to go with my favourite games they even surprise me with Rick and Morty and superhero merch. The games are pricey so wait for a deal just like you would wait for an online offer

I'd been searching for a new xbox 360 console and couldn't believe my luck when I found one at GAME. I was able to reserve it and got to the store within the hour to pick it up. I was given a discount because the box was slightly damaged. The console itself was in excellent condition. The staff in store was friendly and extremely helpful talking about the upcoming games etc due for release before Christmas so got some great ideas for presents. Really good customer service, the five star rating is well deserved.

The staff at game are so nice and help me with anything I ask for help with your consoles" you got it "ask to change you pre order" you got it. I spend a lot of time in there and a lot of money and it's nice to see a friendly attitude to work and the customers."
