Absolutely fantastic training, could not of asked for a more helpful, knowledgeable & patient behaviourist. Always available for a catch up in case I was worried something wasn’t going quite right and helped me to reimplement the training plan we’d put into place. My dog is much happier in and out the house now and I can quite easily say some of the best money I’ve ever spent!

Charlotte is a star. We were having so many doubts and worries about our two pups and their interaction with each other. She totally put our minds at ease. Charlotte is personable, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She offered us so much advice, so many reassurances, and so many good tips and ideas. Her rapport with the dogs was amazing. We would highly recommend her to anyone considering having a behaviourist.

We can’t recommend Charlotte enough. She came and did some training with our Miniature Dachshund due to excessive barking. Within 15 minutes this had stopped and with the plan she provided this has helped us a long way in stopping this behaviour.Charlotte is always there when needed and will always give the best service possible. 100% recommend!

Such a positive experience with Charlotte and I love that she’s never been judgemental our our situation. She has helped us loads not only with our issues we were having but with my confidence too. We have a plan in place from our first session and constantly developing and improving on this. She is always contactable via message in between sessions and has never made me feel like I’m bothering her when I need further advice or reassurance. Such a lovely easy going girl who is easy to talk to and makes you feel really at ease. Her love for dogs is so clear in all our conversations and we’re constantly sharing stories and pictures of our dogs being silly.

Dave the dogue de bourdeaux puppy.I honestly could not thank and recommend Charlotte enough!!When I first brought Dave home the meeting with Bella (Akita) did not go well at all, it ended up that I’d put temporary fencing in the garden to separate the dogs as I’d convinced myself it was aggressive behaviour from Bella (Akita) and needed to protect the puppy.Charlotte came and not only did she work with the dogs she worked with us and explained dog’s behaviour that Bella was actually correcting Dave for bad behaviour as any dog would with a puppy and that it was not aggressive behaviour at allShe assured me to take the temporary fencing down and let the dogs be together which we did and yes she was correct, Bella does bark and growl at dave sometimes but she is only correcting him at no point has she ‘attacked’ Dave like I’d thought in my mind!! She also showed me ways to teach Dave good manners (as he is a puppy) myself at home to help his interactions with Bella.She even came back for a follow up to ensure everyone was ok and to help reinforce any traits that may have reappeared. Not only has she made my life easier the dogs are so much happier living together. If you feel that you need help in any way with your fur babies please contact Charlotte you will NOT be disappointed!! We have or had an ASBO lab called Eric, our first ever puppy. What we loved was Charlotte was not judgmental at all and it was all positive training. She’s super good at getting back to you and there for all the extras. We have used her a few times now for different bits and bobs and nothing is ever an issue. The nicest person ever to super friendly. I’d 100% recommend her to anyone!
