Called on behalf of the local cancer support charity I work for as we have some scrap metal onsite. I was greeted by a rude lady who informed me she 'wasn't interested', on challenging the lady I was informed she had had 'a bad day' and thought we were selling something when in actual fact this was not the case at all. Wouldn't use this company if they were the only company offering this type of service!!
