Amazing service, if I could rate higher I would. I purchased a long dress and realised last minute I needed the dress shorter. I was stressed out and hacked at my dress 2 days before I needed to wear it. Today I managed to get half a day booked from work as I only had 1 day left to get it sorted. These lovely people are my fairy fairygod parents! Fixed my dress and now I can go to the ball. Will definitely use again. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER X

Have my body suite taken in,The lady at the shop Sandy was very helpful and understanding.But the gentleman come across was very rude,because I have taken items back twice for Re-stitching.Each time the suit kept coming apart after 2day.The gentleman wasn't happy about me taking it back to the shop.After all said and done and i have put my honesty review up. After six months I had to go back to have my skirt cut shorter and to adjust the waist The gentleman in the shopStarted to question me.About the review that i have left on the website.I told him it was my honestly opinion and I have told the truth.He said it was very bad for his business.And he's not going to look at the garment until I took the view down of the website.This happened on the 26th of September 23.He refused to look at the garment because of my honestly opinion.So I had to take it away and i am surprised about this and im standing with what I said.When You go somewhere you get good customer service you and you put good reviews.If someone treated you bad it is to make others know of the bad service just the same as good service.

I have used Tailored Solutions for a few years now and I have never been disappointed with the service. What sometimes seem impossible is possible with them. The service is excellent and so is the quality and standard. They go that extra mile for their customers and very friendly and kind. I would not use anyone else but them. I am always satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Used twice, both times repaired 2 different coats, worked wonders both times as I didn’t think much could be done with either coat as the material was super flimsysuper friendly professional staff and more than fair pricing.

I’ve used this shop a few times now. Top quality work, had trousers adjusted for leg width and length as well as waist size. My wife has had her clothes adjusted here too.Lovely people, great skill and service with a very fair price. Not only saved me money but also given me a perfectly bespoke, tailored look.
