Stockport Tourist Information Centre
The car park is not free which is strange for a this type of place but the signage is awful. Expect a £60 fine from Excel Parking. For more on Excel Parking please search Google. You will find them plastered all over forums in the most unflattering terms.

Stockport Tourist Information Centre
The Stockport Museum has a large range of objects on display covering the history of the area including the finds of pottery and a rare amber necklace from our farm in New Mills. There is plenty for children to do and best of all admission is free.
