I used Jewel Homes letting Agent service. As a first time landlord Vikki and the team have been very helpful throughout. From arranging trades, advertising the property, and managing the tenants, the service has been excellent and I'd recommend Jewel Homes to anyone looking for a letting agent.

Stewart popped out to value my house and was so enthusiastic about the property that I knew we would be in good hands. He was also the only estate agent who checked in after the valuation appointment but we already felt confident about selling our house with Jewel and it was just a case of getting the house market ready. The whole process has been so easy and the team are so approachable. We also achieved a really great offer for our property too. Cannot recommend Jewel Homes enough!

Absolutely first class. Very fast and efficient service from Stewart, who dealt with all arrangements and enquries promptly and professionally. You manage 31 McAllister avenue and my mum is down stairs. She has contacted you several times about the upstairs bathroom flooding and coming in to her bathroom..no reply. I'm not having my mum phoning me in tears all the time because of one thing after another with the flat up the stairs. I suggest you contact the landlord or who ever deals with this house and get it sorted. The house up the stairs is causing all sorts of problems for my mum. Water coming through, roughcasting falling off the walls because the landlord won't help with fixing the roof and gutters. This is not on and legal advice will be taken if this isn't sorted out ASAP.
