We had my sons birthday party here and they were so accommodating and lovely. I was so stressed about today and my lovely host with the red nails (didn't catch her name) made the party run as smoothly as possible and was extremely accommodating. As you can tell by the look on my little boys face, he had an amazing time and definitely a most memorable 2nd birthday. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you thank you thank you so much ! Xxx

Very spacious kids play area. Staff is always pleasant. We always enjoy our time here. There's a new soft play area for small children which looks very nice

This is hands down one of the best soft plays in London. Great facilities, warm-friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere inside. I was very impressed with the decor: they’ve really made it exciting for kids. The baby/toddler area is a great size with different levels, as is the one for bigger kids… you don’t normally see this! We were invited to a special Christmas party which was a lovely touch, we will definitely be going here reguarly!

Excellent soft play. Great for play dates. My daughter is 8 and loves coming here to play. Since the new owner takeover a few years ago, the improvement has been remarkable. Great place, very clean, great music, amazing staff - very friendly and professional, great snacks/food (portions and price). You are guaranteed a great time. Highly recommend.

We were there on Saturday. To be honest it's not easy to find if you don't know the area as you get closer there is barely any direction..There is minimal parking. It's a hidden location within the Tesco Extra Delivery area.The inside is suitably large and very much child friendly and there is cubic tent like hut for kids to sit and eat.Halal Friendly and Disability.Staff are friendly, kind and supportive.However, the organisation is very much time managed event.The kids had a fantastic time.Complaint - better direction and signage to say you are there and a better car park as limited space unless using Tesco and charge may apply.Thank you

Brilliant!! Took my one year old and six year old here and we had an amazing time. I was pleased to see that the baby area was monitored and no one other than babies were allowed to enter. This made the experience wonderful for my 14 month year old as she could get to use the area freely. Kind, attentive staff that are around at all times. Clean toilets, big clean venue & amazing coffee!

Everything about clown town is great for kids. Reasonable food, mostly clean and definitely safe but the one downfall is the manager. He has an absolutely stinking attitude and doesn't seem to care about customer loyalty or making his customers feel like they are important to him. Having paid £300 for a party booking, we were supposed to be provided with seating for 10 adults but only had enough for 8. My husband took an extra table and chairs to join to ours and we were told we would have to pay £25 for a table! My husband was willing to pay this, however I challenged it as the seating that was included in the booking for the adults was not provided. The manager stood infront of me and spoke about me to his colleague while I was standing right there. His argument was that it was fully booked.... there were plenty of empty seats and tables... and he proceeded to argue with me about the set up of the tables. £300 booking. He should count himself lucky for people like me who always bring my children to his establishment and pay to have parties there. He said it was just business. One which wouldn't be successful if it wasn't for people like me!!!

Today I had my son’s birthday party in there. Would never recommend or send my kids there . The members of the party was so rude. One of the members of the staff had fight with a lady there like trying to punch each other such a shame for the kids to see that. Girlsss you are there to work not to fight it’s a kids place go and fight each other out. What a disgusting moment was this. The kids food which was supposed to come at 4:00 it came 4:30. Kids was so hungry and they started eating adults food which was ready before the kids one. I went and ask the members of the staff which was supposed to look after us she was keep saying it’s coming so of course she was lying. I told her do not lie me because that’s not real nice. She was just sitting down on the reception with no respect.The only person which is amazing it’s the girl that works at the reception. She said I am so sorry the food it’s late because it was so busy. She was honest and nice. Last time I will send kids there.Make sure you send your kids in safe place not like there where you watch show of fighting.
