Really tranquil, well stocked garden. The friendly owner welcomes you and provides a self guided tour leaflet. Moving from bench to bench you discover the garden's secrets. The garden is promoted for meditation but in reality this is difficult as someone is always waiting for your bench - but non the less the garden is tranquil with it's water features , sculptures and dense planting. A very pleasant couple of hours. There is a serve yourself refreshment area including cream scones and other cakes. The plant sales area includes an impressive collection of bonsai trees.

Amazing place. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves to look roundsl gardens. There's so much to look at, and it's all so beautiful. I can imagine it looks stunning in the summer months when all the flowers are in bloom.Would definitely go back.They also offer light refreshments, cakes, hot and cold drinks and sandwiches on request.I can confirm the sandwiches, salad and crisps was delicious. And I had a triple chocolate brownie as well which was divine and a J20. Really worth it.And the owners cat is very friendly too.

Small but well kept , I'm guessing the flowers will be in bloom during different seasons so allow for this.Had a nice walk round following the route marked.Felt it was a little expensive for what was on offer when we went but do undsrstand gardens need maintaining.The only thing that spoilt the walk round the gardens was the neighbours dog it did not stop barking the whole time we were there. Still worth an amble round if in the area...

Spent a few nights at this unique and magical meditation garden. Host was very welcoming and pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. Host also made a delicious cooked breakfast every morning for us with vegetarian options able. Was visiting Peak District which was around a 50 minute drive from this location. The garden is stunning and was able to walk around and take in the views. Bought a beautiful plant from the greenhouse too as a keepsake. Jake was the cutest most friendliest cat ever !!!

Great experience visiting this lovely garden themed around mindfulness, meditation and compilation. If you are fit the take a walk in the steps to find quit seating areas and great views. If you follow the seat numbers, that will guide you aroubg the whole garden. There is an honesty box, self service drinks, cakes, etc. You can also purchase plants and flowers well worth a visit with free parking.

This is for the car park next door, which I used whilst doing a walk.£1 all day, can't complain plus free toilets nearby.

Lovely garden. Lots of paths to explore and plenty of seating. Made even more interesting because of the streams and waterfalls and a lead mine to explore. Very good cakes and coffee. A very pleasant young man working in the garden made us very welcome. Plants for sale. Dog friendly.
