After having a very bad car buying experience with another company I visited Scott Motor Company. I wish I'd been there first. The staff were brilliant so helpful and patient with all my questions. The after sales care was also brilliant. I will 100% be back to buy a car for my daughter when she starts driving next Yr!!! Thanks you so much guys!!

Although I've not taken delivery as yet of my new car I felt I had to leave a review...I hate buying new cars and all the faffing about however Charlotte was brilliant,put my mind at rest,organised a test drive,sorted out finance and generally put me at ease,the Gent in the office (did not get his name)was also helpful,,both answered my rambling questions....I came away not doing the deal,but by the time I got home phoned Charlotte who sorted it all.....thanks guys from one rambling on old man!!

I would highly recommend not to get a car from here. Got a car on finance and had nothing but problems from the first week. Was told it could get fixed so I trusted them to do this. Really should of gone with gut instincts and walked away when I had a chance but obviously I got mugged off with this car. Had Dpf problems all the way through had the car 10 months and probably only drove it proper for a few of the months. They managed to fix it so it went past my car warranty date after that they clearly didn’t wanna know and asked if I wanted another warranty at a price. It’s costing me a lot of money now as they clearly knew the problem but couldn’t be bothered to fix it. Caused nothing but stress and lots of money now because they can’t do proper checks or just enjoy selling bad cars they know that’s faulty… shocking service. Stuart tried his best but Nick just loves to take the money and leave you stranded that’s how it feels from that company. Please stay well away..
