Some foreign guy rang asking what mobile phone I have and am I looking for a new one, looks like they have cloned this shops number so putting on here to warn people edit: I don't no how to reply but it was your phone number that came up and also name of shop when ringing my mobile, and I didn't leave 1 star to bash your business I thought be easier to get your attention and let you know, thank you for understanding x

I’m been a repeat customer for a while now after initially taking an expensive skirt that they somehow managed to salvage - looks like new! Excellent, friendly staff and every item is always immaculate.

Angela was very responsive to my quote request through google, and I was able to organise a pick-up the very next day. After I spilled coffee down a brand new coat, the team were able to get the stain completely out. They even went the extra mile and sewed the metal hanger back in place, which was broken well before it was sent to them.The initial quote was higher than I'd anticipated, but the quality of their service and cleaning definitely justified this (it was a very large stain!). Turnaround was about three working days and payment was easy over the phone. I will definitely be use Lovely Laundry again!

Can not thank these lovely ladies enough for helping with my last minute wedding dilemma. 2.5 hours from home no other dress for the wedding and these amazing ladies had my dress dry cleaned and ready to go within the same morning. Crisis solved! Every service i contacted said there is no way i could have my dress back the same day however no job was too much effort for these amazing ladies, they could not have gone out their way anymore to help and i had my dress back looking brand new within 3 hours ready for the wedding. Joined the Knit and Natter Group on Wednesday evening 6pm-8pm at the shop. Everyone is absolutely lovely. All sorts of crafts brought in to be made. £2 per session to cover coffee/tea/juice and biscuit.

Took my daughter's fluffy high heeled suede sandals to Lovely Laundry looking like she'd hiked through a field in them. If I'm being totally honest I really didn't hold out very high hopes that anything could be done with them, but Ang and her team of dry cleaning angels have done an awesome job. To say I'm gobsmacked is an understatement. I'd highly recommend Lovely Laundry......I give them 6 stars out of 5!

Great place made a really good job of our curtains and my husbands leather coat. Lovely people Mandy even rang us to tell us they where ready. Excellent service.

I turned up before 09:30 in darlington and was told they could not do same day as all clothes went to Stockton-on-Tees. I called the Stockton-on-Tees branch from the shop and was told they had no dry cleaner's.I would not recommend to anyone wanting a quick turnaround

Excellent job. I sent my daughters Salvation Army uniform for cleaning in the expectation of it coming back fresher but not looking much cleaner (as has been previous experience of dry cleaning). However it is like new. It has given me new hope for clothes that require dry cleaning. I’ll be sending more clothes their way in the near future.
