I’m so pleased I used ELR for the sale of my house. They were great at every stage. James Ross was knowledgeable and helpful at the start. The marketing and photos were great. ELR successfully acted on our behalf for both the purchase of our new home and sale of our previous one. It was tremendous teamwork on their behalf, involving several members of their team at Banner Cross. Despite a number of unexpected difficulties (not unusual these days in such transactions) they worked to solve these issues quickly and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Personally the team at Banner Cross were a pleasure to deal with and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

From the very start we felt we were in safe hands with ELR - and we were. The marketing was superb (stunning photographs taken by Dug) - the viewing arrangements went perfectly, culminating in an astonishing number of offers for the property. From an administration perspective the Property File worked well and you were very good at keeping us informed.We were pleased that the sale went through so swiftly - and even though we had to accept a last minute price reduction given the turbulent market conditions - we believe that the end result was fair in the circumstances. Moreover you were very patient with us! There was a slow start to the sale process - caused by our builders’ delay in repairing water damage.Thank you James and team for a great result.
