A friendly, high-quality local company. My mother in law has recently had new windows and doors fitted by Eastern Windows. From the start, Alex was very friendly and professional. He suggested some changes to the style of windows and my mother in law is very happy with the result. The house feels warmer already and looks very stylish! We are impressed by the tidiness, quality and professionalism of the end result.

We recently had all doors and windows replaced by Eastern Windows and we would thoroughly recommend them. Alex helped us make decisions on the various options before our order was finalised. You can visit their factory to see how they manuafacture everything on site. The installation team were friendly and professional and made sure little details were checked with us before and during installation. We have had no problems after installation but am assured that they will visit at short notice if we have any concerns.

Eastern replaced three windows for us yesterday and they could not have been more helpful or professional. Truly excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again soon to replace the remaining old windows in our house.

Eastern Windows and Doors have in the past fitted windows in our house and fitted our back door. In 2018 they fitted a new front door and interior door for us. The fitters are very good and we are really happy with the products.

I recently purchased two replacement doors from Eastern Windows. From start to finish their service was brilliant! They helped me choose the best design for my space and their customer support was really good. Most importantly of all, the doors were superb and the fitting was excellent. Would strongly recommend!

My wife and I do not routinely write reviews but Eastern Windows and Doors truly deserve being an exception. It is a local company with a family approach. This means that as a customer, you are a person not a number and they don’t try to fool you with glitzy advertising or pressure sales. We have just had all our windows and doors replaced to our four bedroom house. We are really impressed by the quality of the products and the high standard of installation. From the moment Alex visited to give us the initial quote, through to the follow up visits with Chris, and then the installation, we could tell they are a caring company. Great attention to detail, from the start. Our fitters (principally Peter and Jonathan) were hard working and took obvious pride in their work, resulting in a fabulous finish. Our neighbours have also been suitably impressed so there will be additional business going their way. We have been so pleased with our new windows and patio door, they look so sturdy and strong and the final appearance is so smart that we would gladly recommend this company to everyone. The installers were Peter and John and their workmanship was first class, always punctual and professional, and they were at all times so careful and considerate, especially when clearing up each day, they are a real credit to the company. Not the company they were a few years ago before Bob and Terry retiredAlex told me they would arrive to fit our new kitchen window at 1.00pm so we went out early in the morning and by chance they arrived at 9.30am just as we were returning.They did apologise for turning up unexpected and fitted the window which I was pleased with. I gave them the cheque and went out after lunch and after I left my wife Tina went to lock the backdoor to which their window was fitted and it would not lock.I drove all the way back home and phoned them. They did send the workman back to fix the door.It took him 2 hrs to fix this problem and admitted that he should have checked the door was operating ok after he had fixed his window to it.So a job which should have taken a few hours destroyed the whole day and cost me time and petrol driving back to attend this problem.My wife phoned Alex and complained and Alex said he had sent the man back to repair and hung up.No apology from Alex and no follow up phone or compensation for our upset offeredMessed up the whole day.
