I absolutely loved living here. All the staff are absolutely amazing! Especially Jo, Charlotte, Jack and Daniel who all made Wigram House feel like home. I couldn’t recommend staying at Urbanest Victoria more. :)

I’m still a resident here for my second year and living here is such an experience! The location is stunning and can definitely walk to campus :) besides the location, the people here is what makes me feel like home. Jo, Josh, Ciara, Aisha, Robert, Dave, Chigozie, and Romaine have been amazing and fun to chat to! Gotta give a big shoutout to Jo who was able to fix my flush!!! And Chigozie, Romaine and Ciara for making me laugh!

The Night Concierge in Victoria take out all bins from our student kitchens every night, I'm surprised they do it, but why not as well clean the kitchen table tops, they basically do nothing past midnight? Heating can go out for hours, its surprisingly not well insulated. The the ground floor at the back is accessible and unlocked from the backstreet, where the bedrooms are, even at night.

Great facility and staff, the staff is always there at the counter and happy for any assistance at all times. Especially Mr. Adewale Abass, always tried his best to assist the residents. My room facility was accidentally damaged in the middle of the night, Mr. Adewale Abass went to my room and tried to fix the problems as soon as possible. Under the circumstances knowing that the facility may not be able to be fixed under his hand, Mr. Adewale Abass still tried his best to fix the problem tonight and tried not to delay it into the future. Eventually, under Mr. Adewale Abass's afford, the broken facility is restored.

Such a good place to live! The building is really nice, with an amazing view and the staff are fantastic - Jo is the best! I will miss her a lot, she’s always there if you want a chat or need anything!!

The staff are outstanding. Jo is an absolute legend, always checking in to see how I am, always bright and joyous, making us all feel at home, and helping if we have any queries. Cara and Jasmine are also great. I have been at Wigram for just over a year and it has been a great experience. The ovens can be a bit annoying, as some of the functions don’t work and once in a while something breaks down, but the staff are always quick to fix what’s needed, and they keep things running smoothly.

I loved staying here at Urbanest Victoria so much, the receptionists and all staff were extremely helpful and kind especially Jo, who I will miss a lot! I couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

I am currently a resident at urbanest Victoria and also a rebooker. The Building is very homely and feels very safe. My experience is amazing, I love the staffs that works here both day and night shifts, they are very welcoming and easy /fun to talk to - especially Ciara, Aisha, Jo, Chigozie and the pasts staffs. I’m looking forward to having another year in this homely accommodation :)

Thank you for a great year in wigram! Lovely building with everything you need as a student! The support team are great! Big thanks to Ana, Jason and Bass for being there and helping with any issues to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! Extra thanks to Rob for always mending everything and making sure the building is always functioning to it’s best!:)
