Me and my partner were purchasing a property through Laing Bennett which unfortunately did not progress just as we were about to arrange exchange and completion dates. However due to us having to move house promptly as risk of losing our buyer was high, they immediately booked us in to view properties that were end of chain to give us an opportunity to fulfil our dreams of moving. Laing Bennett's quick thinking, exceptional communication and going above and beyond paid off and we finally exchanged contracts after a journey of three different houses, two mortgage applications and a lot of blood, sweat and tears!
