I love my new shed

Sheds in Bristol have just built and installed a 10x8foot shed for us and we are really pleased with the shed. It was installed very professionally and efficiently. Only issue was the lack of communication at times. Overall though very pleased with the result. Would recommend.

So where to begin.First of all they arrived with the incorrect summerhouse.Which as my friend was desperate he agreed to accept it and they reduced the massive price by £50.It then leaked really badly when it rained on both of the sides at the bottom.It wasnt watertight like they claimedAn nobody answered from the number either.for £2500 almost you would think that everything would of been airtight.After nearly 3weeks there was finally a reply from the company, an that was only due to a sister company putting pressure on them to reply an sort the issue out.In this time my friend had spent a small fortune on weather proof sealant and filled the outside with this to prevent further leaksOnce the company finally got in touch, via text they offered to come back out an attempt to sort the leak issue.However this was now impossible due to my friend having fully insulated inside an boarded up inside and had full electrics fitted.So they then offered a small parcial refund of £200Whilst this wasnt an ideal option as the leak should of never of happend an the build should of been done properly in the first place.Somthing was better than nothing.So due to the massive incoveinence and cost to repair this is a 1 star rating.An due to the fact that it took weeks to get a reply i would rate also a 1 star.Communication isnt thier strong point.This would be a personal review based on this personal experience.Each individual will have a different experience based on their builds.If you buy smaller builds you may not get a issue.This was a big build and appears it was to much for them to handle.Based on that i would not reccommend to anyone else because wouldnt want it to happen to anyone else an the saying goes, if its happend once that you know of, how many other times has it happend.So it would be down to you as a individual to decide if you want these to get you somthing or if you go to a actual professional company an have it built properly.I would say go visit the company in person and inspect everything to be 100% sure.Thanks for reading and goodluck.

I’ve been looking on the normal places Amazon, b&q etc for a shed and still didn’t fancy putting it together and couldn’t decide the best option for me, came across these guess they went through everything with me and my best options, made my choice paid and with in weeks they were here at a date that suited me building it and it was perfect good quality and great bunch of lads will definitely be spreading the word what a easy experience!
