This was my second visit here after over an year. The work that has been done is impressive. There's a new hut with a fire and seating with free tea and coffee. The lake's are stocked with hard fighting trout that will give any angler a great days sport

Terrible for bait fishing. Paid £14 to fish in a tiny pond that had next to no fish in it. Naturally, its called fishing not catching but when the other two ponds, specifically for fly fishing, have the fish springing out of the water and there's more life at a cemetery than this wee pond, you start to wonder if its even stocked. Honestly, save yourself the £14 and go 10 minutes up the road to Asda and buy yourself a piece of salmon. That way you have a chance of taking something home. Would leave no stars but Google doesn't have that option.

I didn't fish on this visit. But I'm told its a great spot to catch trout. All 3 lakes and site shop are very well stocked.

Payed 24 pounds for two people. Terrible for bate fishing stayed all day all I caught was roch which is not meant to be in the pond two men who where fly fishing caught nothing as well. I went up up to the pond which had trout over flowing in it. Should had when up to Asda to a fish up there.

Great set up for fishing. Excellent facilities to cater for all needs from beginners to seasoned pros. Kids are also welcome. Andy will also provide information on what the fish favour at different times of the year
