My husband and I decided to start on our fertility journey in Jan 2021. We weren't sure where to begin and felt overwhelmed by information. I also felt a tremendous amount of pressure because we were both nearly 40. I decided to hire Steven to guide us on this journey. He was instrumental in setting me up for success from the start. We began with the foundations: my overall health. From levels of stress to what I was eating, how much I was moving, getting tests done, etc. With a solid foundation we started monitoring my basal body temperature, tracking my fertility cycles... At one point I started getting stressed and overwhelmed and the best advice I got from Steven was to not focus on getting pregnant and to stop all the things that were adding to my stress levels (like constant measurements). He helped me to find ways to enjoy my relationship with my husband, rediscover passion and joy each day because stress is the opposite of what you want when trying to get pregnant. We got pregnant naturally in May 2021 and gave birth to a beautiful and very healthy baby boy in early 2022. Thank you Steven for being our rock throughout the fertility and into pregnancy.

My wife and I came to Steve for fertility coaching over a year ago. We were in the midst of trying to conceive our first child, and it was causing quite a bit of stress for both of us. My wife was particularly anxious and uncertain due to various reasons, not the least of which was age (we were both nearing 40). We started seeking support. But as we soon learned, that was only the beginning of the journey. We continued to work with Steve as we navigated the stressors that came with a first time pregnancy, moving countries, finding new jobs, all while trying to keep our relationship growing at the same time.Although we still have much ahead of us, I can honestly say that my wife and I have grown closer together through all of it and Steve's coaching played no small part in that. Steven shows understanding and a communication style/manner which puts you at ease instantly. He recognises what needs to be discussed and provides reassurance at every stage. Some thoughtful exercises were provided which enables you to look introspectively on a deeper level. He is with you every step of the way. I cannot thank you enough for the support provided.
