A wonderful restoration of a 75 year old oil painting, done in Germany, that had suffered from being painted on inferior board, varnished with some unknown material and then hung in a smokey environment for many years. Noel has brought this dark and forbidding portrait of a beautiful young mother back to life, with a colour and vibrancy unseen for many many years. Thank you.
