Food delivered two hours after order, when it arrived was freezing cold, undercooked.Called shop and was told it was the drivers fault even though I could track him and it took him a whole of 3 minutes to get from store to my house. Would not send more food out to me or give me a refund so had to walk there and bring food back,Once there the manager blamed the driver again and was making excuses, no apology.Avoid this place, shams just my local kfc

Food is great, but if you're not an uber, just eat or other delivery driver you don't existVery crowded, very uncomfortable with drivers coming in and pushing to the front standing in the way of other customers trying to collect their orders.Delivery appears to go out first as well, so hope you don't mind waiting....

For the second time they have missed a drink from a delivery. Also second time Deliveroo refunded me for the drink. Rider blames restaurant and restaurant blames rider. But no drink!! Don’t understand. Sort it out!!Ordered through kfc website. Excellent customer service from Deliveroo but total rubbish from the fishponds branch yet again!!

Shocking attitude of staff member on phone. Had delivery which was missing a vital item, redialled 6 times and was hung up on each time, finally got through and had to argue my case to the male staff member who told me it was put in the bag, which it wasnt, told me to ring delivery company, then told me to come and collect it, when i asked for his name he hung up!Absolutely disgraceful attitude, all they had to do (as it was their fault) was to put the missing item in a bag and get it delivered! Will never go to there again, all I wanted was the missing item and a less rude and argumentative member of staff!

Absolutely disgusting service from the management at fishponds branch, who wouldn’t give his name so he made sure I was unable to complain about him (not that I can find kfc complaints procedure, I will keep trying though), but food was also disgusting! Thrown away! Please don’t waste your money at this branch!After a 14 hour nhs shift with no break this really upset me!

Convenient location and usually you can park directly outside the shop. Very busy outlet and is popular with delivery drivers. Staff were friendly and eficient.

Amazing service and very caring towards customers. Does best to give customers their food first but delivery drivers in the way can be hard. A lot of the staff are amazing and communicate well. One staff member who looks really young realm stood out to me the most as she provided me with great service and also making sure I’ve received everything.

Had a delivery early at 11 am thinking it would be fresh and delicious. Nope pretty sure it was reheated from night before absolutely awful. Chips freezing cold chicken pieces so so dry. Strips terrible

This has to be the worse takeaway I have ever ordered, I ordered a 10 peace bucket and only received 10 drumsticks and about 4 chips each. I expect to have a variety of peaces not just drumsticks and enough chips for everyone. The driver managed to spill the gravey all over the place as well total waist of money never will I Order or visit a KFC again if I could give zero stars I would.
