I would highly recommend Anita. My mother has arthritis in her knee and her doctor has said it's to do with old age and there is nothing you can do about it and prescribed paracetamol for the pain. But it's not just about the pain, it's also about her mobility. After one session with Anita, the swelling had gone down and there was movement in the knee joint. Anita explained everything very clearly to my Mum, which she really appreciated. My Mum already feels better and more positive and is looking forward to the next session.
