It was about an average experience for a UK airport. Could have been more organised, however, during the London train strikes I also understand things were pretty hectic.

The driver I think was having a bad day and clearly not able to count. The bus had no more seats left and many people standing already but none the less the driver sits for a good 20 minutes then orders everyone to move down???After explaining that this would in fact be impossible he finally closed the doors and did his job.WooooNo manners what so ever

Security wasn't so bad. 35mins at 7am. Massive queues for toilets. Not enough in the departure lounge. Lots of seating

We parked at the main parking on advance booking. The coach comes every 20 minutes for pick up. The parking literally just behind the airport.The journey was about 10 minutes. Nice and smooth.
