Abdul at access storage was very helpful! I was taken to see my storage unit before I went ahead and reserved it and was even shown other storage sizes before I made my decision. I had trouble setting up an account but the team at reception helped answer all my questions. One thing I wish access could improve on is increasing their opening times and extending their storage unit accessibility times! 6PM feels too early to close, especially in London.

Excellent customer service from Alison, Abdul and Harvey. I want to particularly highlight Alison who was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made the check in process very smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend this storage unit, and great value for money.

I had an outstanding experience at this storage facility! The facility itself was clean, secure, and well-maintained, providing me with the perfect space for my belongings. What truly stood out, though, were the staff members, Harvey and Abdul. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me.
