Packhorse Service Station

Dreadful, masks not worn by on site workmen in the shop. More than 2 people allowed in shop at once. Won't be going there again.

A conveniently located garage & shopI always stop here on my way to Whipsnade Zoo to fill up with petrol. Also, it stocks a good selection of sandwiches & drinks.

I mainly go here to have the car hand washed. The guys there do a really top notch job. I have been their customer for a couple of years and have always had good service. The filling station itself is a convenient fill up before joining the M1 at junction 9.

disgusted with the service I received today. Man was rude. Very unprofessional, had hid hood up. I asked for a £20 of fuel and he left it running so I have to pay over that. When confronted he said you’re in charge of how much fuel you put in? Erm I’m sorry, but why did I have to play first then? He then argued with me saying he cannot cap the amount at £20 as it would do it for all pumps, I said there is no one else here, he then had nothing to say. I said what if I had just left? And he looked blank. I then asked him to just work out my change, he’s already forced me to put more in my car.. He then struggled to work out my change from another £20 note. The transaction was not put through the till so I will leave that there. DO NOT USE THIS PETROL STATION. After reporting my experience the authorised advised this is one of many scenarios they have been told about this station.The staff should be investigated for fraudulent transactions and poor customer service.

Quite a lot of the time it has the cheapest petrol in the area.. It can be busy week days in the mornings.. The gap between opposite pumps isn't big. So if you have a nice car you have to make sure the car opposite you doesn't open its door onto your car

Still don't understand , how my car is giving best millage , each and everytime when I fuel here - please work on it - if u experiences same please let me know

Bit rough, prices OK. Plenty of room to get to the pumps. Can be a bad turnout onto the A5 especially if you are going South.

Unpriced items galore on shelves. Charge 40% above regular prices, 4 Guinness draught £7 … £4.99 everywhere else.

Very rude and overcharged me terrible bad people wuild not recommend
