Rudds Wellies

I purchased my first pair of Rudds from Hoys 2018 they didn't have my size in the colour on the stand agreed to have them posted on received them about Dec/Jan time really comfy come August they had split. Rudds did replace them which you would think the guarantee would start again, well it doesn't aix months down the line new boots have also split, this time they don't want to know. My query is if you are, selling expensive wellies to horse people they have to be hard wearing very dissapointed in their service these boots are really for the person that may do the odd escape from the town to do an odd country walk they are not for pure country life as they are complete expensive rubbish wish I had stuck with le chameau.

I wear my Rudds all day, everyday! They have been perfect for lambing and doing my horse and it’s amazing that I can ride in them safely too! The 12 month guarantee means I know I’m covered and investing in something that will last. The Rudds family are so lovely too! I highly recommend these wellies for the comfort as soon as you put them on you will understand! Genius!

Don't waste your money! Price of these wellies is not reflective of the poor quality! Mine split and didn't even last for 2 winters. I only use them to walk the dog and looked after them well. These are made for fashion not for durable use!Custom service is also really dismissive and poor, they have my money so are not interested. I am also aware that they have removed my posts off social media to hide from public view.. You only get to see the positive feedback! Very misleading! Dont be fooled.

I purchased a pair of these ridiculously expensive riding wellies 19th October 2018. They split after less than a years use. I advised the company of my dissatisfaction on 30th October 2019. They would do nothing other than offer a discount on my next pair. I will be buying no more Rudd’s wellies, they are no better than cheap and cheerful off the shelf wellies. Think long and hard before you fork out a fortune for yours!

I've had many wellies over the years and hands down these are the best. Rudds are so warm and comfortable. I wear them most weekends walking, and they have been a must take on my summer festival route - I will definitely be taking them to Glastonbury this year. Rudds you rock!

Not only the best wellies I've ever owned but the best footwear! These wellies are worth every penny and my feet do a little happy dance whenever I wear them! There is no going back now.

Brought a pair of rudds wellies in October 2022. They have only lasted Four months now starting to Split .tried contacting company with no response. Waste of money

Wonderful wellies that are so comfy and warm! Live in them at the weekend for walking in the countryside. Got them in the black but will certainly be getting the Pink Wine colour too.
