The equipment is good however their after sales service and maintenance is awful

All of their machines have a really simple design flaw which could be completely solved by adding literally 1 part.Lifefitness machines are really annoying to use because their weight levels are really hard to remember and compare between workouts. The weight options are 1.25, 3.75, 6.25, 8.75, 11.25, 13.75 etc etc in amounts of 2.5kg. This is REALLY annoying for the end user (because who remembers “I did 33.75kg last time”?), and is common across all Lifefitness machines. And there’s a REALLY simple fix but they haven’t done it yet for some reason!Their weight starts off with 1.25kg and then goes up by 2.5kg at a time. So all they would have to do is add one single extra 1.25kg weight at the top! And then go up by 2.5kg as normal. That’s literally it. If they did that, their weight levels would go: 1.25kg, 2.5kg, 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 12.5kg etc. That is much MUCH easier to read, understand, and remember / write down and compare between sessions.Please Lifefitness, add in the single extra 1.25kg weight to your machines. It would make them MUCH easier for the end user.

You pay massive prices for cheap machines.I wasn`t going to buy it but during the lockdown it was only those avaliable.I was using my bike after 4 weeks from assembling it and it started making annoying squeaking sounds.I tried to ignore it but i enquired by email about it.Is it me being petty,maybe but i still paid 1600 quid for it.I`m writing to complain.

Terrible business to work with. Bought a brand new machine for 2000 pounds and 6 months later it still doesnt work despite numerous calls and emails. Buy another brand is my recommendation

Have to echo last reviewer. Any attempt to contact by phone leads you through a maze of messages that ultimately tell you that they need all enquiries to be by email. The email I sent to them several days ago has still not elicited any response. How do companies like this stay in business?
