Sachin Sharma really a star helping me to start a fabulous journey with the bank. It was a good session to get know various offers and features of the bank account

We met with the lovely folla to inquire about Credit Cards. She was very helpful, explained all our options thoroughly, and gave us a great customer service. One star away because of the queue and non-helpfulness of another colleague.

Visited the branch to open an account and both Sachin and Rabia helped me to complete the work. I appreciate their efforts toward the customer experience

Came here to solve an account problem, the receptionist briefly asked about my problem and sent us to Siva who patiently explained to me what went wrong and helped to reactivate my account. He went above and beyond to update my account details and offered advices on additional services that I was not aware of. Thumb up for Siva.

An absolutely appalling experience at this branch today. Arrived at the branch for midday in order to complete a transfer from my Premier Bank account. Was dealt with by a lady at the front desk Zainab who is apparently a manager at the branch. Explained to her that I needed to do a transfer from my account today in respect of a business transaction. She was rude, arrogant and obnoxious. I was told that that they could not do the transfer as I had arrived in branch to late. I explained to her that they closed at 1pm and that there was a full hour for them to do the transfer and that if the money was not transferred today I would have to pay penalty charges. She refused to do the transfer and when I asked to speak to a manager I was advised by her that she was the manager and she refused to let me speak to anyone else.I have been banking with HSBC for over 15 years and have never come across such appalling customer service. I wish I had read the reviews for this branch prior to visiting. I am deeply disappointed and will be giving serious consideration to closing my accounts and moving to a bank which values its customers and customer service.

Sachin is so good with his Job, help me to open my account and he takes his time to explain to me how I can save money both home and abroad. Thanks for your and keep on doing a good Job Sachin.
