Took my cat for neutering, and everything went perfect, comfortable place, attention excellent, explains everything with patience, written down, text messages, tips. Happy cat, happy pawrents! ☺️

Absolutely horrendous experience from start to finish. Treated my cat like she didn’t exist after the initial big ‘show’ of anxiety awareness. “Fear free?” If you value your own mental health, go elsewhere.I understand that emergencies happen but any professional practice knows how to handle them. Awful and deeply upsetting for my whole family.

Fantastic vets. Lovely layout inside with separate waiting pods and a calm environment, with lovely staff. Plenty of parking outside the door. Its never too much trouble if you need to make a call for advice over any concerns with our dogs.

Totally different experience from any other vets waiting room really great with little booths relaxed my dog straight away, then given calming wipes to help anxietyWhen called to exam room vet so patient tempting with treats and earning my dogs trust so refreshing not being rushed.Won't hesitate to recommend to anyone altogether pleasurable experience.

Just registered my giant rabbit and joined monthly wellness scheme. Everything was smooth and simple all set now for his vaccinations.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.I signed up last week just before getting our pup.We had Pup (Pepper) 4 days ago, so she’s nearly 9 weeks now.Unfortunately earlier tonight, her leg got caught in a closing door (she moves at super lightening speed!!) and she cried and yelped awfully.We’re first time dog owners. We’ve never heard that cry before, and she was limping a bit afterwards.I immediately felt calm knowing we’d signed up to the plan at Harrison’s which covered unlimited vet consults, so 6pm on a Friday night we all went (open till 7pm on weekdays) we got seen straight away for initial checks then seen at 7pm (when they should’ve been closing) by Rosie who spent lots of time with us even though there was someone else she needed to see after us and it this point was past 7pm.She went above and beyond, she was incredible. She clearly has such a way with animals, because as we were struggling to hold a 9 week old puppy without her wriggling and wanting to cause havoc, she held Pepper and Pepper was so calm and relaxed.I only ever leave reviews when I’m completely blown away by service received. And that’s exactly what we received tonight!Thank you all so much! You made a very distressing evening a lot better x

Rosie is best Vet a round I wouldn't put my fur babies in the hands of anyone else. All staff am helpful and very polite and go out there way to help you .

I went along to register my dog Miss Tillie. She was known by the staff from a previous life. Not only did the staff recognise her, she recognised the staff. Every one was ecstatic. That was good enough recommendation for me.

Fantastic caring vets, every single member of staff are friendly, have had Rosie as a vet for over 10 years and wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else

I have 4 dogs 2 out of the 4 are nervous shepherds everyone is so lovely and helpful and with my girls recent spay it was all about her feeling relaxed so I was allowed to stay with her until she was sedated and ready to go intoTheatre amazing empathy for her and understanding wouldn't go anywhere else now it's all about the pets
