Marsia is fantastic and saved my hair who someone else totally ruined. I did not even have to cut it. She is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. Her colour correction was totally amazing and I had a great time too. I will recommend Marsia anytime You’re gonna like the way you look, I guarantee it.

I have been going to Ozzie Rizzo in Richmond for years with Graham being awesome on hair colour and Antony being brilliant with cutting. I am always delighted with the end result. The team are great at pointing out what colours best suit me and equally when my hair needs a trim and a refresh. It is a really lovely salon and they provided a Covid safe environment when they were able to open. I look forward to being able to go back when they reopen again!

Best hair salon in Richmond. Thank you Karen for incredible haircut. I have difficult fine hair and Karen knew exactly how to cut it. I will return.

My husband, three children and I have been with Karen for the past 18 years. She is the best hairstylist I know. She cuts perfectly so that even when my hair grows it stays in place. Karen also advises so professionally on colour and her highlights are super detailed and natural. Apart from that she is the kindest, loveliest person to talk to and we always enjoy our stay with her at the salon.We also rate Jane so highly as she is very knowledgable on treatments and cares for and washes our hair perfectly. Jane is a lovely and so well mannered young woman and it is also a joy to talk to her.

Amazing experience in Ozzie Rizzo this morning. I booked in for an upstyle for Ascot and the lady came in early to see me. She did an incredible job and it stayed in place all day! Would highly recommend this salon!

Ebony at OzzieRizzo is truly amazing. My hair colour was just perfect - She used great hair friendly and ammonia free products (Inoa) and treated my hair with great care. My blow dry was also perfect. My hair is thick and wavy and Ebony was so professional and made it look beautiful. Im defintely coming back again.
