Needed some replacement tap ceramic glands as my bath tap had been leaking for some time.popped in today and the guy measured my old ones and gave me the closest replacement.Went home, fitted and issue sorted.Extremely helpful staff member who went above and beyond to help me.Thank you very muchMuch appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic service from Chris and Rob. I ordered my full ensuite from James Hargreaves and Rob was incredibly helpful, from providing advice, answering all of my questions, updating my order to arranging delivery. He was so patient and advised on how to save money without compromising on quality.Chris was great assisting me with an issue I had with one of my other toilets, advising on the part I needed and how I could perform the repair myself.I would not hesitate to use JH again for any plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

First time I've used this company and I was blown away by how helpful they are. Popped in today as screwfix didn't sell the toilet valve I needed. First class service from the guy who served me and I didn't have to replace the whole unit just a diaphragm seal at a very reasonable price.Five stars plus one extra for the support today.

The service today was second to non. I needed a diaphragm and they were out of stock. But the assistant took one out of a full valve assembly for me and ordered a replacement diaphragm for their stock item. This is great service.

Great service from Rob Jepson. Needed a tap tail connector for a campervan water system. Where the likes of Screwfix, Toolstation and other local plumber's merchants had not got the item, he was able to sort it very quickly. Would highly recommend to others.
