It's a beautiful store.. for multivitamins and supplements

Was in-store today. Nobody welcomed me or asked if I needed any help. The shelves were well stocked and got everything I needed. There was a spilled packet of produce on the ground ready for someone to slip on - with no effort from staff to address this (see photo).

Nice shop. Sales assistants I've met have been very pleasant and helpful.

Customer service is bit poor here.went to return one item.guy in the shop was not ready to accept the foul smell of the stuff I bought.after I being adamant he agreed to exchanged it.i mean it was my right to get the value for my money.really upset with the quality and behavior.he later agreed but as if he is doing a favour on me and they didn’t even apologize for the poor quality.

This is the worst shop have visited in my entire life interms of Customerservice. Was at the shop at 11am on 26/11/17 . Wasn’t aware of the shop opening time. there was this young lady at the till , when I got there, she looked at me and continued whatever she was doing at the till and completely ignored me . She practically acted as if no one was standing at the door or trying to get her attention.a simple courtesy of advising on when the store opening hours is would be nice giving that no store openIng hours is provided anywhere. The attitude of this lady is totally unacceptable to say the least and I would never be going to that shop or referring anyone there. I was totally humiliated

Some things seem to be getting more expensive.For example their Hair Root Touch Up Kits have gone up to £10.99! Or two for £17.00!It used to be something like £6.99/£7.99 for one? Just a few months ago but it has gone up quite a lot.Boots and Superdrug do theirs for about £5.00.

Wide range of products, excellent prices especially for members, also helpful members of staff! Highly recommend it!

Stuff always appear very friendly and ready to help this is a good place for health food and natural remedies always seems to be steady but not busy that the acute out the door always best to visit early in the morning or late afternoon

Very poor service.The yound man standing behind the till, was playing with his phone. When I asked for some advice about food supplements he turned back to me with a smart @r... face saying if you want to lose weight

Worst service ever, Phil thought it was funny to sneeze out loud without covering his face during the Corona Pandemic. A smug look on his face when challenged, i'll never shop with the company again.
