Loved that it was on a walk in basis. Plenty of polite staff nothing is too much. They are very proffesional. I Ioved the service and I definately recommend. I left happy and I thought they were cheap considering the time and work spent doing my nails. Thanks to all.

Been here for the last time today.Was made to feel very uncomfortable.Staff were laughing & joking in their own language. Having our nails done is supposed to be a nice pamper experience but we couldn't wait to leave! The woman was rough & down right rude. I was then told a higher price than I've ever paid for Acrylic infills before. When I questioned this I was made to look stupid. She slammed the draw shut & walked away from me. All the Staff need to learn some manners. They've lost my custom today as I refuse to give them my money after todays experience. AVOID.

Love this place. Ive never had a bad set of nails done. The art work they can do is impressive

I found the shop dirty, the counters, display shelves and all bottle tops full of accumulated nail dust from previous customers, won't ho back.

I came in on Tuesday with 2 friends that have come over from America, I told them this nail salon was the best around! One lady had normal nail polish on which simply needed removing with standard remover, she did not want an electric file to be used! She told the gentleman twice it was standard polish and didn’t need the file and he was rude! He then got the remover and a paper towel and spent 2 minutes removing them left with still half the polish on, my friend then proceeded to remove the polish herself feeling very upset at this point! One gentleman did intervene and told the original rude gentleman to finish getting the polish off! This situation massively upset my friend and I’m furious she was treated this especially after I highly recommended yourselves! I’ve never had an issue like this before and the fact they have come from America and had this experience is heartbreaking it was completely rude and embarrassing!! I won’t be using again

i got these nails done on 24.7 and by 1.8 mine had chipped and the design had began to come off and my sisters design came off( there was another smiley face underneath) very disappointed

Quick but high quality service. Attention to detail and a fabulous finish to my nails. I'll be back when I'm next in the area.

Was served by a lovely gentleman with tattoos who was so welcoming as soon as we entered the business and was always checking if everything was up to my style and taste for my nails, all of the staff were lovely and always smiling , I would absolutely recommend this service and businessto anyone! Thank you so much for my nails :)
