Ordered takeaway tonight, 7 people including a baby and toddler ended up with food poisoning, rang up to speak to someone about it and the boss shouting at the workers and shouting abuse towards us, the poor worker getting shouted at whilst trying to help, got told they would come take the food and check it themself, if it was cooked then we were wrong and if it wasn’t we would get a refund, the shouting we heard down the phone did it so we said we’d ring food inspectors, rang 111 for advice, ordered from here before and wasn’t that bad but the Chicken this time was slimy and hard in places, won’t be ordering from here again

food is alright portion sizes are massive but can hardly understand the woman because of the heavy accent which isn’t her fault however always seem to get poorly after eating, still tastes good still ordering

I think the negative reviews have the wrong place. One of the best Chinese places I've ever ordered from, and I've moved around a lot, so there's been a few. Have ordered from them about ten times now and it's always consistently very high quality. The food is just great, and it comes in generous portions. Highly recommended

I attempted to order over the phone and the guys attitude was very poor. I asked for beef curry with rice etc and then asked the price. He went down my throat saying that the meals did not come with rice etc. I asked why I was being told this and asked if something had changed. He angrily replied that the same management had been there for years and that if I was a regular I would know how to order properly. Very disappointed as I was a regular. It is normally a lady who answers the phone and she is most polite but sadly this bloke let the side down very badly

Realy nice food, best Chinese in Durham and the tofu dishes for veggies are amazing . Food always fast hot and fresh :D

We've ordered many meals from here & some have been lovely, and others not so much.However, recently, I had several visitors & i placed a decent order. My meal in the order was wrong, and they said they were 'too busy' to rectify it. As i was well out of pocket I won't be using again. Their loss.
